p>What is a good nutritional supplement just to stay "tone"?
Allright, so I'm looking for a good product for a type like me. I'm looking for something that keeps the muscles strong and toned, but I do not monstrously huge. I have a couple of days a week and do sets of push-ups, benchpress curls and 5 days a week at my house. It keeps me in very good shape but amm looking for a complement to be a little easier. What I mean by this is, if I miss 2 days in a row, I literally feel like I've gained 15 pounds and have no muscles left. Looking for a good product to help maintain (and slightly increase) as my "tone" of the factors but I do not monstrously huge. I never really on something before, so relatively new to this! I went to GNC.com and have literally thousands of extras, no actual descriptions secular. Thank you! PS. Do not think there is to say, but I will not steroids or HGH!
no charge he will. body composition is determined primarily by the diet you follow. the diet has direct effect on the endocrine system and endocrine system regulates the human body.

The fewer chemicals you indicated in your body on a daily basis will be healthier in the short and long term. Remember you are what you eat in the exercise of a high level of intensity causes the greatest increase in resting metabolic rate after the conclusion of exercise. with the resistance, this amounts to the use of training loads on or about 80% of the 1RM. with cardio this would be the equivalent of training around 70% of VO2 max or higher
